- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kim at the front was very rude. I was surprised at the cost of the visit and unprepared for a charge that high. I asked about billing and was informed, "we don't do that." I then asked if I could go home and return the same day and the answer was, "why would you come to the vet without money." There was no offer to go over the charges or work with me. I literally felt stuck. Had she reviewed the charges with me initially, she would have seen a billing error. The actual visit went great and I like the vet and techs, but I have no desire to be accosted on the way out the door so we'll definitely be going somewhere else.August 09, 2017by Michelle Singh
