- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors aren't held accountable for lack of treatment or care. I feel like they can get away with treating someone with little care because there are other doctors they can go see. Maybe this is just how Kaiser is. Maybe that's common. All good doctors are either not accepting new patients or not located in Napa. Am I the only one they make feel like I've ruined their day by asking for help? I'm not rude, I'm incredibly polite. If I'm not feeling well, please, do not make me jump through hoops just to get help. Don't make me wait weeks or have to go through a nurse hotline just to get a refferal. Oddly enough at least Vallejo medical offices so far has shown me more urgency.. I'd strongly suggest getting people who legitimately care, not just in it for a time punch and paycheck.April 23, 2017by Kristin Stover
